About us
You don’t need to run to fly high
The Victoria Empowerment Center began in 2012 as a facility for people with disabilities and mental illnesses. We provide recreational, social, and fun activities for them in a supervised environment. We have lots of healthcare professionals to keep them safe, but we also do our best to stay out of the way. That way, our guests are free to engage with each other however they please. Our facility is a happy place where disabled people can feel normal again. They can make new friends, engage in fun activities, and be a part of a community.
Our Mission
This is very healthy for them and will work wonders for their outlook and mood. If you look after someone that’s disabled and is very lonely, please take them to our facility! We’re open 6 days a week, and you can visit us every day if you like.
Our Vision
Your loved one will get the chance to be a part of a social community of like-minded people. What’s not to love about that? We provide our services to the entire city of Victoria, Texas.
